Ingredients
6cupsGreen cabbage, shredded
1cupCarrots, grated
1cupMayonnaise ,
2tablespoonsApple cider vinegar
1/4cupSugar, or to taste
1/2teaspoonSalt, to taste
1/4teaspoonBlack pepper, to taste
1/4teaspoonCelery seed, optional
Instructions
Place 6 cups Green cabbage and 1 cup Carrots in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup Mayonnaise , 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup Sugar1/2 teaspoon Salt, 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper, and optional 1/4 teaspoon Celery seed. Whisk until smooth.
Pour dressing over cabbage and carrots. Toss well to coat evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Garnish with extra celery seed if desired. Serve cold as a side with seafood or fried foods
