Description

Ingredients 

  • 6 cups Green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots, grated
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise ,
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Sugar, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Celery seed, optional

Instructions

  • Place 6 cups Green cabbage and 1 cup Carrots in a large mixing bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup Mayonnaise , 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup Sugar 1/2 teaspoon Salt, 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper, and optional 1/4 teaspoon Celery seed. Whisk until smooth.
  • Pour dressing over cabbage and carrots. Toss well to coat evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Garnish with extra celery seed if desired. Serve cold as a side with seafood or fried foods
