Ingredients

beef chuck roast

cut into 2–3 inch chunks

dry onion soup mix

dry ranch dressing mix

beef broth

peeled and cubed

carrots

optional, peeled and sliced

pearl onions

peeled

Instructions
Pat beef chunks dry. Season all sides with salt, pepper, dry onion soup mix, and ranch dressing mix.
Sear beef chunks in a hot skillet or air fryer sear function for 2–3 minutes per side.
Place beef, potatoes, carrots, and pearl onions on a large sheet of foil. Add a few tablespoons of beef broth and wrap tightly.
Preheat air fryer to 360°F. Place foil packet in basket and cook for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Check that internal temperature reaches 195°F. Let rest 5–10 minutes before carefully unwrapping. Serve with veggies and juices.
