Description

Bring the deli home with this Copycat Jason’s Deli Reuben Sandwich! Stacked with tender corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, creamy Thousand Island dressing, and melted Swiss cheese on buttery grilled rye — this sandwich is the perfect mix of savory, tangy, and crispy. Ready in under 20 minutes, it’s a comforting lunch or easy dinner classic.

Ingredients 

  • 4 slices marble rye bread
  • 4 tbsp Thousand Island dressing ,
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 6 oz sliced corned beef, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened

Instructions

  • Spread 2 tbsp butter on one side of each slice of 4 slices marble rye bread.
  • On the unbuttered side, spread 4 tbsp Thousand Island dressing . Layer with 4 slices Swiss cheese, 6 oz sliced corned beef, 1 cup sauerkraut, and top with another slice of bread, buttered side out.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Grill sandwiches for 3–4 minutes per side, pressing gently until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
  • Slice in half and serve immediately with pickles, chips, or soup.
