Recreate Domino’s Cheeseburger Pizza at home with this easy air fryer copycat recipe—loaded with seasoned beef, melted cheese, pickles, and zesty burger sauce on a golden crust.
Ingredients
½poundground beef
1teaspoonburger seasoning, or salt & pepper
1tablespoonketchup
1tablespoonyellow mustard
1poundpizza dough, homemade or store-bought
½cupcheddar cheese, shredded
½cupmozzarella cheese, shredded
¼cupred onion, thinly sliced
¼cupdill pickle slices
Optional: extra burger sauce, chopped tomatoes, or sesame seeds,
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease. Season with taco or burger seasoning, or just salt and pepper.
Mix ketchup and mustard together in a small bowl to create your burger-style pizza sauce.
Roll out pizza dough to fit your air fryer basket or baking tray. For air fryer, cut into smaller rounds if needed. Lightly spray with cooking oil or use parchment paper.
Spread the burger sauce over the crust. Add cooked ground beef, followed by shredded cheddar and mozzarella. Top with sliced onions and pickles.
Air Fryer Instructions: Preheat to 375°F. Air fry for 6–8 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Oven Instructions: Bake at 450°F for 10–12 minutes.
