Pat the 1 ½ lbs chicken tenders dry with a paper towel to help the coating stick.
In a shallow bowl, whisk together 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon paprika , 1 teaspoon garlic powder , 1 teaspoon onion powder , ½ teaspoon salt , and ½ teaspoon black pepper
In another bowl, beat the 2 large large eggs with 2 tablespoons milk until smooth.
Dip each chicken tender in the egg mixture, then dredge in the seasoned flour, pressing lightly to ensure coating sticks.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Place coated chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking oil. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked to 165°F (74°C).
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces like honey mustard, BBQ, or ranch.
