Description

This Copycat Air Fryer Buffalo Wild Wings Buffalo Wings recipe brings the bold, zesty flavor of your favorite sports bar right to your kitchen. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and tossed in that signature buffalo sauce, these wings are perfect for game day or any wing craving. All the flavor, none of the fryer mess!

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Water
  • 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 pounds of Chicken Wings

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, combine the Hot Sauce, oil, sugar, garlic powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and Worcestershire Sauce. Mix well and bring to a simmer.
  • In another bowl, mix the water and cornstarch, mix well.
  • Once your sauce is simmering, mix in the cornstarch slurry, this will help thicken your sauce. Continue to mix, and then remove from heat.
  • Let the sauce cool while you air fries the wings.
  • Start by patting the wings dry, and then place them into the air fryer basket.
  • Set the temperature to 360 degrees F for 12 minutes, then flip and increase the temperature to 390 degrees F for another 12 minutes.
  • Toss with the sauce.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
