Description

Make a flavorful cocktail sauce without horseradish using simple ingredients. Perfect for dipping shrimp and seafood with a mild, tangy taste.

Ingredients 

  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard, Dijon or yellow
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce, optional, adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix ½ cup ketchup and 2 tablespoons prepared mustard until smooth.
  • Stir in 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
  • Add 1 teaspoon hot sauce if you want a little heat, or leave it out for a milder sauce.
  • Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let flavors blend.
