Description

Make Carrabba’s famous Ricardo Sauce at home with this creamy garlic and lemon recipe. Perfect over chicken, shrimp, or vegetables for bold Italian flavor

Ingredients 

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley, optional

Instructions

  • In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, 30–60 seconds.
  • Stir in lemon juice and red pepper flakes.
  • Add cream and simmer for 4–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Stir in Parmesan, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and serve warm over seafood or chicken.
