Ingredients 

  • pounds red potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3–5 minutes.
  • Slice red potatoes into evenly sized wedges. No need to peel—just scrub well!
  • In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, dill, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Arrange wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed).
  • Air fry for 15–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the wedges are golden brown and crispy on the outside, tender inside.
  • Sprinkle with a little extra dill or sea salt if desired and serve hot!
