Description

Recreate Bonefish Grill's Lily's Chicken with this easy copycat recipe. Tender chicken breasts topped with creamy lemon basil sauce, goat cheese, spinach, and artichokes for a flavorful, restaurant-quality dish.

Ingredients 

Bonefish Grill Lily's Chicken Recipe Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Bonefish Grill Lily's Chicken Recipe Topping Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, canned or jarred, chopped

Lemon Basil Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to enhance the flavor.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (188°C). Brush both sides of the chicken with olive oil, then place it in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • In a bowl, combine crumbled goat cheese, chopped spinach, and artichoke hearts. Mix well.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.
  • Stir in chicken broth, lemon juice, and chopped basil. Simmer for a few minutes and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, top each breast with the goat cheese mixture. Return the chicken to the air fryer for 2-3 minutes to heat the topping through.
  • Drizzle the lemon basil sauce over the chicken and serve immediately with your choice of sides. Enjoy!
