Slice chicken breasts into strips (or use 1 ½ pounds chicken tenders ). Pat dry with paper towels.
Bowl 1: 1 cup all-purpose flour , 1 teaspoon salt , 1 teaspoon black pepper , 1 ½ teaspoons paprika , 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Bowl 2: Beaten e3 large large eggs (or buttermilk).
Bowl 3: 1 ½ cups breadcrumbs (panko or regular) mixed with a little flour for crunch.
Dredge each piece in flour, dip into egg, then coat evenly in breadcrumbs. Lightly spray both sides with cooking oil.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Place tenders in a single layer in the basket. Cook 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through to 165°F internally.
