24ouncesground beef, 1½ pounds

1/2teaspoonblack pepper,
Instructions
Set your griddle over medium-high heat and allow it to get hot. Drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil and sauté chopped 1 medium onions until translucent. Add minced 3 cloves garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add 24 ounces ground beef to the griddle, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and no pink remains. Sprinkle c2 teaspoons chili powder, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper evenly over the meat. Stir well and let cook 2–3 more minutes to let flavors meld.
