Description

Easy Blackstone Griddle Taco Meat recipe with perfectly seasoned, juicy ground beef. Ready in minutes for tacos, bowls, or burritos—perfect for quick weeknight dinners.

Ingredients 

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 24 ounces ground beef, 1½ pounds
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder,
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin,
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika,
  • 1 teaspoon salt,
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper,

Instructions

  • Set your griddle over medium-high heat and allow it to get hot. Drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil and sauté chopped 1 medium onions until translucent. Add minced 3 cloves garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add 24 ounces ground beef to the griddle, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and no pink remains. Sprinkle c2 teaspoons chili powder, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper evenly over the meat. Stir well and let cook 2–3 more minutes to let flavors meld.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately. Use in tacos, bowls, burritos, or your favorite dishes. Garnish with shredded cheese, lettuce, salsa, avocado, or any toppings you love.
