Ingredients 

  • 2 pounds fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, or avocado/grapeseed oil for higher heat
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, optional
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional for variation)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  • Heat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat (around 375–400°F).
  • Wash and trim the woody ends of the 2 pounds fresh asparagus. Pat dry with a towel.
  • Toss asparagus with 2 tablespoons olive oil, minced 3 cloves garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Place asparagus in a single layer on the griddle. Cook for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and lightly charred.
  • Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese or crumbled 2 slices bacon for added flavor.
  • Transfer to a plate and serve with Lemon wedges for a bright finish.
