Description

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice, from 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  • Wash the broccoli and cut it into evenly sized florets for uniform cooking.
  • In a bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Ensure all the florets are evenly coated with the seasoning.
  • Heat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  • Place the seasoned broccoli florets on the griddle in a single layer.
  • Grill the broccoli for about 4-5 minutes on one side until you see a nice char developing.
  • Flip the florets over and grill for another 3-4 minutes on the other side. The goal is to achieve tender broccoli with some crispy edges.
  • Once the broccoli is cooked to your liking, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the florets. This adds a bright and zesty flavor.
