Ingredients
1poundGround pork, or your choice of protein
3clovesGarlic, minced
1tablespoonGinger, minced
4stalksGreen onions, chopped
2tablespoonsSoy sauce
1tablespoonSesame oil
36Gyoza wrappers
Instructions
Mix 1 pound Ground pork, 3 cloves Garlic, 1 tablespoon Ginger, 4 stalks Green onions, 2 tablespoons Soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon Sesame oil in a bowl until well combined.
Place about a teaspoon of filling in each w36 Gyoza wrappers. Fold and pleat to seal tightly.
Set to 370°F (188°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange gyoza in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with soy sauce, rice vinegar, or chili oil for dipping.
