Description

Make Benihana-style gyoza at home with this easy copycat recipe. Crispy, juicy dumplings perfect for appetizers, snacks, or meals.

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound Ground pork, or your choice of protein
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 4 stalks Green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 36 Gyoza wrappers

Instructions

  • Mix 1 pound Ground pork, 3 cloves Garlic, 1 tablespoon Ginger, 4 stalks Green onions, 2 tablespoons Soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon Sesame oil in a bowl until well combined.
  • Place about a teaspoon of filling in each w36 Gyoza wrappers. Fold and pleat to seal tightly.
  • Set to 370°F (188°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange gyoza in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with soy sauce, rice vinegar, or chili oil for dipping.
