Description

Easy Beer Cheese Dip for Pretzels that’s creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor. Perfect for dipping soft pretzels, veggies, or crackers, ready in minutes.

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Beer
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Hot Sauce, Optional
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Shred the 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese and soften the 4 ounces Cream Cheese to room temperature. Measure out the beer, butter, and seasonings so everything is ready to go.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the 2 tablespoons Butter then add the cream cheese. Stir continuously until smooth and creamy.
  • Gradually whisk in the 1/2 cup Beer, 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce, and 1/4 teaspoon Hot Sauce (if using). Cook for 2–3 minutes until fully combined.
  • Slowly stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, a handful at a time, until melted and smooth. Adjust thickness by adding a little more beer if needed.
  • Add 1 teaspoon Salt and 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepperas desired. Taste and adjust the seasoning to balance flavor.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve warm with soft pretzels, vegetables, or crackers.
