Ingredients 

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce: ,
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder,
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika,
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt,

Instructions

  • Start by finely chopping 1-2 chipotle peppers from a can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. Place them in a small bowl.
  • Add mayonnaise to the bowl with the chipotle peppers. Stir to combine.
  • Add garlic powder, lemon juice, honey, paprika, and a pinch of salt.
  • Stir all the ingredients together until smooth and well-combined.
  • Taste the sauce and adjust the seasonings, adding more honey for sweetness or more chipotle peppers for extra heat if needed.
