Ingredients 

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish, or finely chopped pickles
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh is best
  • 1 tablespoon capers, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce, optional, for heat
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, stir together 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice until smooth.
  • Mix in 1 tablespoon capers,1 clove garlic, 1 teaspoon hot sauce, 1 teaspoon paprika, and ½ teaspoon onion powder.
  • Add salt and pepper, adjusting flavors as needed.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend.
