Description

Make Arby’s Peppercorn Sauce at home with this creamy, peppery copycat recipe—perfect for roast beef sandwiches, fries, or burgers.

Ingredients 

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup buttermilk, or sour cream
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp white vinegar, or lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt, to taste
  • Optional: 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and buttermilk (or sour cream) until smooth.
  • Add in the black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, vinegar, and salt. Mix well.
  • Taste and adjust the seasonings if needed. For extra kick, add a pinch more black pepper.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.
  • Serve with roast beef sandwiches, burgers, or as a dip for fries and onion rings.
