Description
Make Arby’s Peppercorn Sauce at home with this creamy, peppery copycat recipe—perfect for roast beef sandwiches, fries, or burgers.
Ingredients

mayonnaise

cup
buttermilk

or sour cream

cracked black pepper

tsp
garlic powder
½
tsp
onion powder

tsp
white vinegar

or lemon juice

salt

to taste
Optional: 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and buttermilk (or sour cream) until smooth.
Add in the black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, vinegar, and salt. Mix well.
Taste and adjust the seasonings if needed. For extra kick, add a pinch more black pepper.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.
Serve with roast beef sandwiches, burgers, or as a dip for fries and onion rings.
