Description

Recreate the bold, zesty flavor of Arby’s Marinara Sauce at home with this easy copycat recipe. Perfect for dipping mozzarella sticks, sandwiches, or fries!

Ingredients 

  • 15 ounces tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt , to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes , optional, like the subtle kick in Arby’s version.

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add tomato sauce and tomato paste. Stir until fully blended.
  • Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, sugar, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened and aromatic.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve warm with mozzarella sticks, garlic bread, or anything you’d dip at Arby’s!
