Recreate the iconic Arby’s Gyro Sauce with this quick and easy copycat recipe made with Greek yogurt, cucumber, dill, and garlic—perfect for wraps, meats, and more.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup cucumber, peeled and grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dill, fresh or dried
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess water.
  • In a bowl, mix yogurt and mayo until smooth.
  • Stir in cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
