Make your own Arby’s Copycat BBQ Bacon Burger with juicy beef, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and smoky BBQ sauce—all layered on a toasted bun.
Ingredients
1poundground beef, 80/20
Salt and pepper, to taste
4slicescheddar cheese
8slicescrispy cooked bacon
1/2cupBBQ sauce
4toasted burger buns
1/2cupfried onion rings or crispy onions, optional
1/4cuppickles, sliced (optional)
Instructions
Divide ground beef into equal portions and shape into patties slightly larger than your buns. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Fry bacon until crispy and golden. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
Grill or pan-fry the burger patties over medium-high heat for about 3–4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your preferred doneness. Add cheese slices during the last minute to melt.
Air Fryer Option: Cook patties in a preheated air fryer at 370°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Toast the buns if desired. Place the burger patty on the bottom bun, then top with crispy bacon, a generous drizzle of BBQ sauce, and optional onion rings or pickles. Add the top bun and serve immediately.
