Description

Make your own Arby’s Copycat BBQ Bacon Burger with juicy beef, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and smoky BBQ sauce—all layered on a toasted bun.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef, 80/20
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices crispy cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 toasted burger buns
  • 1/2 cup fried onion rings or crispy onions, optional
  • 1/4 cup pickles, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  • Divide ground beef into equal portions and shape into patties slightly larger than your buns. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Fry bacon until crispy and golden. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
  • Grill or pan-fry the burger patties over medium-high heat for about 3–4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your preferred doneness. Add cheese slices during the last minute to melt.
  • Air Fryer Option: Cook patties in a preheated air fryer at 370°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Toast the buns if desired. Place the burger patty on the bottom bun, then top with crispy bacon, a generous drizzle of BBQ sauce, and optional onion rings or pickles. Add the top bun and serve immediately.

Equipment

  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper, optional
