Description

Make Arby’s Classic French Dip Sandwich at home with tender roast beef, melted provolone, crispy onions, and savory au jus. Quick, delicious, and perfect for dipping!

Ingredients 

  • 8 large flour tortillas, 8-inch
  • ½ cup horseradish sauce
  • 2 cups crispy fried onions, or caramelized onions
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 16 slices roast beef
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 packages au jus gravy mix, or about 2 cups prepared au jus sauce

Instructions

  • Prepare the au jus gravy mix according to package instructions and keep warm.
  • Place tortillas on a plate, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave 20–25 seconds until soft.
  • Lay tortilla flat; spread horseradish sauce evenly. Layer provolone cheese, crispy fried onions, and roast beef. Fold burrito-style.
  • Brush wraps with melted butter. Place in air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 380°F for 3–5 minutes until golden and cheese melts.
  • Remove wraps, brush with extra butter if desired, slice in half, and serve warm with au jus for dipping.
