Description

Make these flavorful Air Fryer Turkish Lamb Wraps in under 30 minutes! Spiced ground lamb, fresh veggies, and creamy yogurt sauce wrapped in soft flatbread for a quick, delicious Mediterranean meal.

Ingredients 

Lamb Filling Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped fresh parsley

Wrap Ingredients:

  • 4 large flatbreads, or wraps
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • ½ cup red onion, sliced

For the Yogurt Sauce:

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon dried mint, or dill
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, grated onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne (if using), salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix well until fully combined.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C), if needed. Form the lamb mixture into small patties or crumble it loosely. Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping or shaking halfway through, until browned and fully cooked.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, dried mint or dill, and a pinch of salt. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • While the lamb cooks, shred the lettuce, dice the tomatoes, and slice the red onion. Warm the flatbreads until soft and pliable.
  • Lay a flatbread on a plate. Add lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and cooked lamb. Drizzle with yogurt sauce, wrap tightly, and serve warm.
