Crispy, flavorful Air Fryer Taco Burgers made with seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar, and crunchy sesame-bun taco shells — a fun Tex-Mex twist on burger night, ready in about 25 minutes.
Ingredients
5sesame hamburger buns
1poundground beef, 80/20
2tablespoonstaco seasoning, or 1 packet
1/4cupketchup
1/4cupmayonnaise
2tablespoonsmustard
10slicescheddar cheese
1cupshredded lettuce
15slicespickles, dill
Instructions
Brown the ground beef and drain. Stir in the taco seasoning, ketchup, mayo, and mustard, then set aside.
Use a rolling pin to flatten the sesame buns. Place them over a metal taco stand, or shape foil into a V so the bun taco shells hold their shape.
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F for 3–5 minutes.
Place a slice of cheese onto each bun and scoop the taco beef into the center. Air fry for 3–5 minutes, until crisp and melted.
