Description

Crispy, flavorful Air Fryer Taco Burgers made with seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar, and crunchy sesame-bun taco shells — a fun Tex-Mex twist on burger night, ready in about 25 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 5 sesame hamburger buns
  • 1 pound ground beef, 80/20
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning, or 1 packet
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 10 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 15 slices pickles, dill

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef and drain. Stir in the taco seasoning, ketchup, mayo, and mustard, then set aside.
  • Use a rolling pin to flatten the sesame buns. Place them over a metal taco stand, or shape foil into a V so the bun taco shells hold their shape.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 390°F for 3–5 minutes.
  • Place a slice of cheese onto each bun and scoop the taco beef into the center. Air fry for 3–5 minutes, until crisp and melted.
  • Top with shredded lettuce and pickles. Enjoy!

Equipment

  • Taco Stand
  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper, optional
