24frozen dinner rolls
1poundlean ground beef
2tablespoonstaco seasoning, or to taste
1cupshredded cheese, cheddar or Mexican blend
1/2cupsalsa
Instructions
Thaw the rolls about 30 minutes, cut each in half, place in a greased mini muffin tin, cover, and let rise 2 hours (or overnight in the fridge) until doubled.
Brown the ground beef over medium heat, drain, stir in taco seasoning with water per package directions, and simmer until combined.
Flatten each roll, add taco meat, cheese, and any toppings, then gather and pinch the edges to seal into a ball.
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Brush each bomb with olive oil and arrange seam-side down in a single layer.
Air fry 8–10 minutes, until golden and crispy. Serve hot with your favorite dips.
