Description

Crispy, cheesy, taco-stuffed dinner rolls made easy in the air fryer — the perfect bite-sized appetizer for game day, parties, and snacking.

Ingredients

  • 24 frozen dinner rolls
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning, or to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese, cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Instructions

  • Thaw the rolls about 30 minutes, cut each in half, place in a greased mini muffin tin, cover, and let rise 2 hours (or overnight in the fridge) until doubled.
  • Brown the ground beef over medium heat, drain, stir in taco seasoning with water per package directions, and simmer until combined.
  • Flatten each roll, add taco meat, cheese, and any toppings, then gather and pinch the edges to seal into a ball.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Brush each bomb with olive oil and arrange seam-side down in a single layer.
  • Air fry 8–10 minutes, until golden and crispy. Serve hot with your favorite dips.

Equipment

  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper, optional
