Start by preheating your air fryer to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting for 5 minutes. Then add your frozen meat to a pan or directly in the air fryer basket. (You can either place the meat now into the basket or use a small pan.) Set the time to 3 to 4 minutes, use a pair of tongs to toss the meat every couple of minutes.
If you want to add cheese, add the cheese directly over the meat at the last minute, and let the cheese melt.
Cool Before Storing: After cooking Steak-Umm in the air fryer, ensure that they've cooled down to room temperature before proceeding with storage.
