Pat the N2 New York Strip Steaks dry with a paper towel. Season both sides generously with ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt ¼ teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper, and a 2 sprigs Fresh Thyme.
Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Preheat the air fryer temperature to 400°F (200°C).
Place 1 cup Frozen French Fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray lightly with cooking spray and cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
While the fries cook, lightly spray the steaks with cooking spray. Place them in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8–12 minutes, depending on thickness and desired doneness. Flip halfway through cooking.
In a small bowl, whisk together 1 teaspoon Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, 1 teaspoon White Wine Vinegar, h1 teaspoon Honey Dijon Mustard, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Toss 1 cup Mesclun Greens with chopped 1 teaspoon Chives and the dressing.
Plate the cooked steak with crispy fries on the side and the dressed greens. Serve Ketchup & Mayonnaise for dipping, if desired.
