Ingredients 

  • 5 slices Bacon
  • 2 Sausage patties
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 8 Tortilla, or egg roll wrappers

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Arrange the bacon slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 7-10 minutes, or until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  • Cook the sausage patties in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fully cooked and browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the egg mixture into a lightly greased air fryer-safe pan or baking dish that fits in your air fryer.
  • Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until eggs are set. Remove and cut into strips.
  • Lay out a tortilla and sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the center.
  • Layer the cooked bacon, sausage patties, and scrambled eggs on top of the cheese.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
  • Place the wrapped tortilla seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 5-6 minutes, or until the wrap is golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, then slice in half and enjoy your homemade Starbucks-inspired wrap!
