Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange the bacon slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 7-10 minutes, or until crispy. Remove and set aside.
Cook the sausage patties in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fully cooked and browned. Remove and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture into a lightly greased air fryer-safe pan or baking dish that fits in your air fryer.
Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until eggs are set. Remove and cut into strips.
Lay out a tortilla and sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the center.
Layer the cooked bacon, sausage patties, and scrambled eggs on top of the cheese.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
Place the wrapped tortilla seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 5-6 minutes, or until the wrap is golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, then slice in half and enjoy your homemade Starbucks-inspired wrap!
