Ingredients 

  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons white pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 4 snapper fillets, about 6 ounces each
  • 4 tablespoons butter, unsalted and melted

Instructions

  • Spray your air fryer with cooking spray. In a small bowl, make your cajun or blackened seasoning mix. Mix all of the seasonings in a small bowl.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F, using the air fryer setting. Add the melted butter to a bowl, and then dip your snapper into the melted butter and then the seasoning mix.
  • As you coat your snapper, place it into n the air fryer basket. Spray with cooking spray. Set the timer for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway. Remember to spray your fish when you flip it!
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
