Once the potatoes are ready, slice them open carefully, as they will still be hot.
Fluff the insides with a fork, then generously stuff them with the prepared seafood mixture.
Return the stuffed potatoes to the air fryer basket.
Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the topping is hot and the cheese has melted to perfection.
Garnish the loaded potatoes with additional chopped green onions.
Serve alongside lemon wedges for an extra zesty finish.
