Loaded air fryer sausage balls with hash browns, bacon, ham, and cheddar. Crisp outside, tender inside, just 9 minutes in the air fryer and freezer-friendly.
Ingredients
1poundground pork sausage
3cupsshredded hash browns, thawed and squeezed dry
1cupBisquick mix
½cupbacon, cooked and crumbled
½cupham, cooked and diced
¾cupcheddar cheese, shredded
2largeeggs, whisked
4ounceschive cream cheese, softened
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonblack pepper
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
Add all ingredients except the parsley to a large mixing bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon or dough whisk just until combined.
Using a 3-tablespoon cookie scoop, portion into uniform balls and place on a baking sheet.
Freeze the tray for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the air fryer to 370°F for 5 minutes.
Spray the basket with non-stick spray. Arrange the balls in a single layer without crowding.
Cook 9 minutes at 370°F, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm with spicy maple dip.
