Ingredients
1cupmilk chocolate chips
1cupwhite baking chips
1cupchopped pecans
2sheetspuff pastry, thawed
12ouncesraspberries, thawed
1cuppowdered sugar
Serve with: Fresh raspberries, white chocolate chips, and chocolate chips
Instructions
Toss together chocolate chips, baking chips, and pecans. On a lightly floured surface, roll each pastry sheet into a 12-in. square; cut each sheet into quarters, making four 6-in. squares.
Place squares on ungreased baking sheets; top each with about 1/3 cup chocolate mixture. Lightly brush edges of pastry with water; bring together all corners, pinching seams to seal.
Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F for 5-8 minutes; this is important when you cook puff pastry.
Set the puff pastry on parchment paper (you must add the parchment paper after you preheat, otherwise a fire may ensue)
Set the cooking time for 8-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove and let cool.
In the blender, puree the raspberries and 1 cup of powdered sugar, and blend well.
