Description

Delight in the irresistible Air Fryer Raspberry Chocolate Puffs, featuring flaky puff pastry filled with sweet raspberries and creamy chocolate. A quick and elegant dessert for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white baking chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
  • 12 ounces raspberries, thawed
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Serve with: Fresh raspberries, white chocolate chips, and chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Toss together chocolate chips, baking chips, and pecans. On a lightly floured surface, roll each pastry sheet into a 12-in. square; cut each sheet into quarters, making four 6-in. squares.
  • Place squares on ungreased baking sheets; top each with about 1/3 cup chocolate mixture. Lightly brush edges of pastry with water; bring together all corners, pinching seams to seal.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F for 5-8 minutes; this is important when you cook puff pastry.
  • Set the puff pastry on parchment paper (you must add the parchment paper after you preheat, otherwise a fire may ensue)
  • Set the cooking time for 8-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove and let cool.
  • In the blender, puree the raspberries and 1 cup of powdered sugar, and blend well.
  • Serve puff pastry and sauce on the side.

Equipment

  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper, optional
