Description

Air Fryer Ranch Carrots are destined to be your new favorite side dish!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound carrots, baby carrots or regular carrots cut into sticks
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 package dry ranch seasoning mix, or 2 teaspoons
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh dill or parsley for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • If you're using regular carrots, peel them and cut into sticks or coins for even cooking.
  • Place the carrots in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, tossing until the carrots are evenly coated. Sprinkle the dry ranch seasoning over the carrots, tossing again to ensure all the pieces are well-coated with the seasoning.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Arrange the carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook the carrots at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure they cook evenly.
  • Once the carrots are tender and slightly browned at the edges, transfer them to a serving dish.

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper, optional
