Crispy-edged air fryer ranch carrots made with three ingredients in about 20 minutes, with exact cook times for baby carrots, coins, and sticks.
Ingredients
1poundcarrots, (baby carrots, or whole carrots cut into ½-inch coins or 3-inch sticks)
1tablespoonolive oil
2tablespoonsdry ranch seasoning mix, divided
1teaspoonFresh dill, or parsley for garnish, optional
Instructions
If using whole carrots, peel and cut into ½-inch coins or 3-inch sticks. Pat the carrots completely dry with a towel.
Toss the carrots with olive oil until evenly coated, then add 1 tablespoon of the ranch seasoning and toss again. Reserve the remaining tablespoon.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Arrange the carrots in the basket in a single layer, working in batches if needed.
Cook at 400°F for 12–18 minutes depending on cut (coins 12–14, sticks 14–16, whole baby carrots 15–18), shaking the basket halfway through. They're done when the edges are browned and a knife meets slight resistance in the thickest piece.
Transfer to a bowl and toss immediately with the reserved ranch seasoning. Top with fresh dill or parsley and serve.
