These Air Fryer Pumpkin Wedges are the cozy, crunchy fall snack you didn’t know you needed. Try them once, and you’ll be hooked!
Ingredients

sugar pumpkin

or pie pumpkin

tablespoon
olive oil
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
smoked paprika
1
teaspoon
salt

to taste
1/2
teaspoon
black pepper

to taste
Optional: grated Parmesan, cinnamon, chili flakes, or maple syrup for variation

Instructions
Wash and dry the pumpkin. Cut off the stem, slice in half, and scoop out the seeds.
Cut each half into ½-inch thick wedges.
In a large bowl, toss pumpkin wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
Arrange pumpkin wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and fork-tender.
Serve warm with dipping sauces or as a seasonal side dish. Enjoy!
