Description

These Air Fryer Pumpkin Wedges are the cozy, crunchy fall snack you didn’t know you needed. Try them once, and you’ll be hooked!

Ingredients 

  • 1 small sugar pumpkin, or pie pumpkin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: grated Parmesan, cinnamon, chili flakes, or maple syrup for variation,

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the pumpkin. Cut off the stem, slice in half, and scoop out the seeds.
  • Cut each half into ½-inch thick wedges.
  • In a large bowl, toss pumpkin wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  • Arrange pumpkin wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and fork-tender.
  • Serve warm with dipping sauces or as a seasonal side dish. Enjoy!
