Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the sliced peppers and onions.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and optional herbs. Toss to coat evenly.
Place the seasoned vegetables in the air fryer basket, spreading them out evenly.
Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket or stirring halfway through, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
