Description

Air Fryer Pecan Pie Muffins are soft, buttery, and loaded with sweet, crunchy pecans. Quick and easy to make, these muffins deliver all the classic pecan pie flavors in a convenient, handheld treat.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups diced pecans
  • 2/3 cup butter, unsalted, room temperature
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix together the 1 cup light brown sugar, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, and 2 cups diced pecans.
  • Then mix in the 2/3 cup butter and 2 large eggs, mix well.
  • Spray your muffin tins with olive oil spray.
  • Pour your batter into the prepared muffin cups.
  • Set your muffin holder into the air fryer basket or tray.
  • Set your air fryer (air fryer setting) to 320 degrees F, for 12 minutes. Then insert a toothpick in the center of one of the muffins, if it comes out clean, they are done.
  • Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
