Description

Perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor, these vibrant vegetables are an easy addition to any meal.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup peas, canned
  • 1 cup carrots, canned
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder, to taste, optional
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt, to taste, optional
  • 1/12 teaspoon black pepper, to taste, optional

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the peas and carrots. Drizzle with olive oil, then add the garlic powder, a pinch of salt, black pepper, and any other herbs you're using. Toss until the vegetables are evenly coated with the oil and seasoning.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200°C) for 2-3 minutes.
  • Transfer the seasoned peas and carrots to the air fryer basket. Spread them out into a single layer for the best results. Air fry for about 3-5 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Carefully remove the peas and carrots from the air fryer. Give them a taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
