1cuppeas, canned
1cupcarrots, canned
1teaspoonolive oil
½teaspoongarlic powder, to taste, optional
1/8teaspoonsalt, to taste, optional
1/12teaspoonblack pepper, to taste, optional
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the peas and carrots. Drizzle with olive oil, then add the garlic powder, a pinch of salt, black pepper, and any other herbs you're using. Toss until the vegetables are evenly coated with the oil and seasoning.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200°C) for 2-3 minutes.
Transfer the seasoned peas and carrots to the air fryer basket. Spread them out into a single layer for the best results. Air fry for about 3-5 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Carefully remove the peas and carrots from the air fryer. Give them a taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
