Description
Make tender, flaky Air Fryer Orange Roughy in just 15 minutes! A simple, healthy seafood dinner with bold flavor and minimal prep.
Ingredients

Orange Roughy fillets
,
4–6 oz each, thawed if frozen
1
tbsp
olive oil
,
or melted butter
1
tsp
garlic powder
1
tsp
paprika
½
tsp
salt
½
tsp
black pepper
1
tbsp
lemon juice
Optional: lemon wedges & chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Pat dry the fillets with paper towels.
Brush fillets with olive oil or butter.
Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.
Set cook time for 8-10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork (internal temp should be 145°F / 63°C).
Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish if desired.
