Description

Make tender, flaky Air Fryer Orange Roughy in just 15 minutes! A simple, healthy seafood dinner with bold flavor and minimal prep.

Ingredients 

  • 4 Orange Roughy fillets, 4–6 oz each, thawed if frozen
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, or melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Optional: lemon wedges & chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Pat dry the fillets with paper towels.
  • Brush fillets with olive oil or butter.
  • Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Set cook time for 8-10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork (internal temp should be 145°F / 63°C).
  • Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish if desired.
