Cut the dough. On a lightly floured surface, roll pizza dough to ¼-inch thick. Use a 4-inch round biscuit or cookie cutter to cut out 8 circles, re-rolling scraps once.
Pre-bake the crusts. Place 2–3 dough rounds on parchment paper sized to fit your air fryer basket. Air fry at 320°F for 3 minutes, until just set.
Add the sauce and base cheese. Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on each pre-baked crust, leaving a ¼-inch border. Sprinkle with a small amount of shredded mozzarella (about 1 tablespoon per pizza).
Bake again. Return to the air fryer at 350°F for 3–4 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and crust edges are golden.
Add the mummy bandages. Pull string cheese apart into thin strips. Lay them across each pizza in a criss-cross pattern, leaving a small gap near the top for the eyes.
Add the eyes. Place 2 black olive slices on each pizza in the gap, pressing gently to adhere.
Final melt. Return pizzas to the air fryer at 320°F for 60–90 seconds, just until the cheese bandages soften slightly.
Serve immediately while hot and gooey.
