Description

Air Fryer Muesli is amazing! If you are looking for a quick and healthy air fryer breakfast, this is one of the best!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup nuts, almonds, walnuts, or pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits, raisins, cranberries, or apricots, chopped
  • 1/4 cup seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, or flaxseeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey, or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, or nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 300 degrees F (150°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts, seeds, and coconut flakes. Add the cinnamon or nutmeg and mix well.
  • Drizzle the honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract over the oat mixture. Stir until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
  • Spread the mixture in an even layer in the air fryer basket or tray. Make sure not to overcrowd the basket; you may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  • Air fry at 300°F (150°C) for 10-15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
  • Once the muesli is golden and crispy, remove it from the air fryer and let it cool completely. After it has cooled, mix in the dried fruits.
  • Store your homemade muesli in an airtight container. Enjoy it with milk, yogurt, or as a topping for smoothie bowls.

Equipment

  • Cooking Spray, optional
