In a small mixing bowl, add your peeled and diced 2 cups apples.
Add the 1/4 cup granulated sugar, f2 tablespoons all-purpose flour and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
Then mix well, coating all of your apples.
Spray your muffin tin with olive oil.
Cut your 2 pie crusts out with biscuit cutters, cut them larger than the muffin tin hole, so that they cover the sides.
Set the dough into the muffin tins, and then air fry for about 4 minutes at 320 degrees F (air fryer setting) to brown up the bottom.
Then add about two tablespoons of pie filling to the center of the pie crust.
Then roll your leftover dough, then use a pizza cutter to cut long strips.
Use the dough and add two strips of dough in both directions.
Brush the dough with melted 2 tablespoons butter and sprinkle some 1 tablespoon sparkling sugar on top. And then place the pan back into the air fryer for 4 minutes at 320 degrees F, (air fryer setting)
