In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, taco seasoning, and green chilies. Cook until the onions are soft and the beef is fully cooked. Stir in the refried beans and mix well to combine.
Preheat the air fryer temperature to 350 degrees F (175°C) for 3-5 minutes. In a greased, air fryer-safe baking dish, start by adding a layer of tortillas to the bottom. Spread a thin layer of beef mixture on top of the tortillas, followed by a layer of cheese. Drizzle with red enchilada sauce and repeat the layers (tortillas, beef, cheese, and sauce) until the dish is full, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.
Place the lasagna in the preheated air fryer basket and cook at 350 degrees F (175°C) and set cook time for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the lasagna is heated through. If you'd like, top with sliced jalapeños before serving for an extra kick.
Allow the lasagna to cool slightly before slicing. Serve with a side of sour cream, guacamole, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
