These Air Fryer Maple Cinnamon Cashews are sweet, crunchy, and perfectly spiced for a snack you can feel good about. Ready in just minutes, they’re ideal for snacking, topping oatmeal, or adding a festive touch to your holiday treats.
Ingredients
2cupswhole cashews, (raw or roasted unsalted)
2tablespoonsmaple syrup
1tablespoonbutter, unsalted, melted
1teaspoonground cinnamon
1/2teaspoonkosher salt
Instructions
Preheat Air Fryer to 325 degrees F and spray the basket with cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, tossing gently to make sure all the nuts are coated.
Transfer the coated nuts to the Air Fryer basket in a single layer. You may have to do this in 2 batches.
Air Fry at 325°F for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket 2-3 times during cooking to prevent burning.
When done, transfer the nuts to the baking sheet and leave to cool down completely.
The nuts will harden and become crunchy upon cooling
