Description

Air Fryer Korean Ground Beef and Rice Bowls offer a quick, delicious, and easy dinner option with savory, sweet, and spicy flavors. Ready in minutes, it's perfect for busy weeknights!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef , lean is the best
  • 1/2 yellow onion , chopped
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  • Begin by placing the ground beef, along with the onions and garlic, into a compact baking pan.
  • Insert the baking pan into your air fryer and cook for a span of 8 to 10 minutes, ensuring that you break apart the beef as it cooks. Once it is fully cooked, take it out of the air fryer.
  • Proceed to drain the excess liquid or fat from the cooked beef.
  • In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sugar, oil, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and ginger. Pour this flavorful mixture over the cooked beef.
  • Return the beef to the air fryer and cook for an additional couple of minutes until the sauce reaches a pleasantly warmed state.
  • Serve this delectable creation over a bed of rice and garnish it with either sliced green onions or parsley for a fresh touch. Enjoy!
