Ingredients
1packageCostco Panko Shrimp, Frozen
Cooking Spray, Optional
2Lemon Wedges, Optional
1/2cupDipping Sauce, Optional
Instructions
Preheatt your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat it for about 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
Take the Costco panko shrimp out of the package. If they're frozen, there’s no need to thaw them; they can go straight into the air fryer.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil or a non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking and enhance crispiness.
Place the panko shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to allow for even air circulation and crisping.
Cook the shrimp at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning.
After the cooking time is up, check if the shrimp are golden brown and crispy. If needed, cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce and lemon wedges if desired.
