Description

This Air Fryer Italian Frittata is an easy, flavorful dish packed with fresh vegetables, Italian seasoning, and melted cheese. Perfect for a quick breakfast, brunch, or light dinner!

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk, or dairy-free alternative
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Set the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and preheat for 3–5 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until fully combined and slightly frothy.
  • Stir in the cherry tomatoes, spinach, onion, and bell peppers.
  • Lightly spray a small, air-fryer-safe pan or dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pan. Place it in the air fryer basket and cook for 15–18 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella on top during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  • Insert a toothpick into the center — if it comes out clean, the frittata is done.
  • Let it cool for 2–3 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy.

Equipment

  • Air Fryer, Air Fryer Oven or Air Fryer Basket
  • Baking Pan
  • Cooking Spray

Notes

  • Air fryer temperatures vary — start checking at 12 minutes and cook in 2-minute increments if needed.
  • Pre-cook any watery vegetables (like mushrooms or zucchini) to keep the frittata from turning out soggy.
  • Add cooked sausage, bacon, or ham for a heartier, higher-protein version.
