Description

Sticky, sweet, and golden-crispy Air Fryer Honey Roasted Turkey Wings ready in just 35 minutes. Juicy turkey wings glazed with honey, soy sauce, and warm spices — the easiest Thanksgiving-flavored dinner any night of the week.

Ingredients 

For the Wings:

  • 2 lbs turkey wings, split at the joint
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

For the Honey Glaze:

  • cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce, or tamari
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  • Pat turkey wings completely dry with paper towels.
  • Toss wings with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes (or up to 8 hours).
  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 5 minutes.
  • While preheating, whisk honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, Dijon, vinegar, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  • Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook 15 minutes at 380°F.
  • Flip wings, brush with half the honey glaze, and cook another 10 minutes.
  • Brush with remaining glaze and cook 5–10 more minutes until deeply caramelized and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Rest 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with sesame seeds and parsley if desired.
