Air Fryer Honey Orange Glazed Salmon is tender, flaky, and coated in a sweet-tangy citrus glaze that caramelizes in minutes. A healthy, high-protein dinner for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
For the honey-orange glaze:
¼cuphoney
¼cupfresh orange juice
2tablespoonssoy sauce, or tamari for gluten-free
1tablespoonolive oil
2clovesgarlic, minced
1teaspoonground ginger
1teaspoonorange zest, grated
½teaspoonsalt, to taste
¼teaspoonblack pepper, to taste
For the salmon:
4salmon fillets, 6–8 oz each
Instructions
Whisk together honey, orange juice, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Place fillets in a shallow dish or resealable bag, coat with the glaze, cover, and refrigerate 30 minutes (up to 2 hours).
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Arrange fillets with space between each. Air fry 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until they flake easily and reach 145°F (63°C).
Brush with reserved glaze and sprinkle with orange zest before serving.
Notes: Don't overcrowd the basket. Refrigerate up to 3 days, freeze up to 2 months, reheat at 325°F for 3–5 minutes. Serve with jasmine rice or grilled zucchini.
