Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Set your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and let it preheat for 3–5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed).
  • Air fry at 380°F for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through. For extra crispiness, increase the temp to 400°F for the last 3–5 minutes.
  • While the wings cook, melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl.
  • Whisk in 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard, 1/4 cup honey, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice until smooth.
  • Once the wings are cooked and crispy, transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour the honey mustard sauce over the wings and toss until well coated.

Equipment

  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper, optional
